Dr. Gregory W. Allen is the Founder of The Leaders Lab.io and a Professor of Leadership at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. A Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge and certified coach for the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) 360, Dr. Allen has spent his career at the intersection of leadership science, organizational excellence, and sustainability.

With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and more than three decades of professional experience, including senior leadership roles with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Dr. Allen brings both scientific rigor and human insight to leadership development. His teaching, research, and coaching emphasize evidence-based methods for building authentic, high-performing leaders who inspire trust and deliver results. He has designed and facilitated leadership programs for executives, educators, and teams across sectors, combining empirical frameworks with innovative tools—like AI-powered coaching—to make leadership growth measurable and enduring.
